We have been in the Colony Square Shopping Center serving Warren County and the
surrounding communities for over 22 years! Recently, a new opportunity presented itself
and we found a new professional space for clinical testing, custom hearing aids and service.
Our new permanent location is 901 North Broadway Lebanon, Ohio 45036. Many of you may
know this location as it was originally a medical office, and more recently an accounting firm.
The standalone space and large parking lot will give us the ability to grow and provide the
highest level of care and service.

How does this affect me?
As of January 2nd, 2023, you will see the same great staff at our new (and newly remodeled) location.
Am I getting a new doctor?
You’ll continue to see the same professional, Brooke Buxton, Doctor of Audiology.
What about my current hearing aids?
We will continue to service all your hearing healthcare needs. As a private practice we are licensed and equipped to work with many makes and models of medical grade hearing devices and accessories.
